| 摘 要： | 为适应社会的需求,近年来我国高校不断深入开展教学改革,提高教学科研质量,培养高素质人才。如何建设一支优秀的教学科研团队,成为许多高校重点研究的课题。本文在分析高校教学科研团队特点的基础上,提出了一些关于团队建设的建议和意见。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the needs of the community, colleges and universities of our country continue to deepen teaching reform in recent years, improving the quality of teaching and scientific research and training high-quality talent. How to build an outstanding teaching and scientific research team, become a key subject of study in many colleges and universities. This paper made a number of recommendations and observations on team-building based on the analysis of the characteristics of teaching and scientific research team. |
