| 摘 要： | 以正硅酸乙酯、乙醇、生物染色剂为主要原料 ,通过溶胶 -凝胶法制备了掺有有机染料的SiO2 溶胶 ,利用提拉法在普通玻璃上成功镀制了均匀透明、色泽丰富的彩色涂层 ,该涂层颜色在高温下会彻底分解消失 ,实现了玻璃的可回收利用 .运用光谱分析、扫描探针显微镜研究了薄膜的结构 ,以及工艺参数对薄膜在可见光区光谱性能的影响 .

| Abstract: | Silica sols were prepared using tetraethyoxysilane,ethanol,and organic colorants by acid catalyzing sol-gel process.Homogeneous and transparent colored films were prepared on common glass by dip-coating.The structure of the colored films was studied by spectra methods and scanning probe miscrope (SPM).The effects of processing parameters on spectral properties of colored films were also discussed.The glass with film is recyclable. |
