摘    要:2000年以后,由于建筑行业对河沙的巨大需求,淮河采砂船只急剧增多,滥采乱挖已给河道防洪和航道安全带来严重隐患.本文以蚌埠—浮山河段为例,基于2001年、2008年水下断面测量资料,初步分析人工采砂对河段断面形态和纵剖面变化的影响,并计算了河段的冲淤量.结果表明,人工采沙是河道下切的重要原因,河道最深处下切15m,吴家渡—浮山间人工采砂4719×104m3,相当于该河段输沙总差值的5.3倍,局部河段边坡从1∶5左右变成不足1∶2,给防洪安全带来隐患.同时,河道采砂造成水流流态变化,船只拥挤,给航道安全带来不利影响.

Abstract:Since 2000,because of the huge demand of sands in construction industry,sand mining vessels are increasing sharply,serious risks are taked by indiscrimination and digging for flood prevention and security in channel.Based on 2001,2008 and 2009 years' measured data in Bengbu to Fushan Reach,impact on section form and longitudinal profile was analyzed due to the sand excavation.The amount of erosion/deposition was calculated.The result shows that anthropogenic mining sand are the main reason of river bed erod...
