铁和IC—1.4Cr钢的激光表面合金化研究

摘    要:本文研究把碳输入到纯铁和IC—1.4Cr钢(S135)的激光表面合金化处理.这种处理工艺包括试样表面用石墨粉预涂层;若用连续CO_2激光表面熔化处理时,在各个处理工艺间反复使用石墨涂料,而合金化处理在薄层的熔化区域和栓孔两个区域中进行.从亚共晶到过共晶范围碳合金化最高达6%C,在过共晶范围发现大裂纹和松孔.

Abstract:This paper deals with the laser surface alloying introduces carbon into iron and 1C-1. 4Cr steel (s135). The process involves precoating the specimen surface with ground graphite. If successive laser surface-melting treatments are used, the graphite watings should be repeated between two treatment steps. Alloying happens both in shallow melt zone and in keyhole zones. The properation of carbon alloying reaches to 6% in the range from hypoeutectic to hypereutectic levels. In the hypereutectic zones, substantial cracking and porosity were encountered.
