| 摘 要： | 孔子学院是我国推广汉语言教学和文化传播的重要平台,其教学问题备受关注。孔子学院在教学中存在师资缺乏、队伍不稳;教材缺乏针对性、趣味性;教学方法单一,未能＂因材施教＂等问题。孔子学院应当尽快实现师资队伍的专职化、教材的本土化和教学方法的多样化。

| Abstract: | Confucius Institute is an important platform to promote Chinese language teaching and cultural communication.There are some problems,such as the lack of teachers,teachingteam instability：lack of pertinence and interest：teaching method is single,and failed to ＂teach students in accordance with their aptitude＂.The Confucius institute should be realized full-time faculty of teachers,the diversification of the localization of teaching materials and teaching methods as soon as possible. |
