星载天线在轨热变形多因素影响仿真分析

摘    要:热分析技术是星载天线设计工作中的关键技术,以一个抛物面天线为例,通过研究其在宇宙空间中的热平衡关系,依据热弹性理论运用热分析软件并结合正交试验法进行仿真计算,分析了影响星载天线温度场和型面均方根误差的主要因素,分析结果对节约大量的试验费用和提高可靠性具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Thermal analysis technique is the key technique in the design of space-borne antenna. A paraboloid antenna was taken for instance, with the study on the thermal balance relation in the astrospace, according to the thermal and flexible theories, using thermal analysis software and perpendicularity method to carry on simulation calculation. The main influence factors of square root error and temperature field for antenna were analyzed .The analysis result not only economizes a great deal of trial expenses but also raises reliability which have important instruction meaning.
