| Abstract: | The present acticle studies on the single cell protein production which makes keuyveromyas fragilis as strain of production and makes Heianthus tubcrosus as raw material. The fartors which affect the single cell proteins output have also been investi gatal, these factors mamly mclude: suger concentration, pH, temperature and nitrogen source. The effecting mechanisms of some factors are discussed in term of thoory. |
