| 摘 要： | 本文报告小儿腰穿术１４６例，总穿刺１６８次，一次成功１２５例．占总穿刺例数的８５．６％，其中一针穿刺成功９２例，占７３．６％．同时提出５岁以下的小儿不需局麻穿刺，２岁以下的小儿一般选用６～７号短斜面注射针头穿刺为佳．

| Abstract: | cases of children lumbar puncture have been reported in this paper.The total puncture times are 168.Among them 125 cases were succeSSfully punctured.on their first operation,which amounts to 85.6 percent of the total cases.Among the 125 cases,92 were successfully operated only by one puncture and it amounts to 73.6 percent of the total cases.The report shows that children under age 5 may be puctured without lOCal anesthesia and children under age 2 may be punctured best by using No.6-7 Short obliqUe syringe needles. |
