组织知识创新影响因素的元分析

对1999至2013年有关社会资本、知识共享、知识特性与组织知识创新关系的实证研究文献进行检索,筛选出符合元分析技术要求的研究样本,通过元分析技术综合并统一这两个层面中片面、分散甚至不一致的研究结论。基于现有的理论文献,提出社会资本、知识共享以及知识特性与组织知识创新的研究假设。通过元分析结果,发现除社会资本中的关系数量平方项和关系强度平方项的研究假设外,其他被测的研究假设均得到了支持。

Meta-Analysis of Organization Knowledge Innovation Influencing Factors

This paper retrieved empirical literature relating to social capital, knowledge Characteristics,knowledge sharing and or-ganization knowledge innovation from 1999 to 2013, and filtered samples that meet the requirements of meta-analysis technique. This paper try to summary and integrate the one-sided, scattered research results to have a comprehensive and universal understanding on in-fluence factors of knowledge creation. Based on the existing theoretical literature, this paper proposed hypothesis of between social cap-ital, knowledge Characteristics,knowledge sharing and organization knowledge innovation. The result found that in addition to the num-ber of relationship and the intensity of relationship, other tested research hypotheses were supported. Based on the hypothesis is not supported, the paper was further discussed and analyzed.
