国家级开发区扩容后的发展策略研究

通过分析国家级开发区扩容的主要动因,得出国家级开发区必须发展创新集群、以内生型经济发展为主,建设具有现代综合功能的科技新城的发展思路的结论。在此基础上,针对性地提出了准确功能定位、科学考核体系、强化内生动力、完善创新制度、推进合作共建等促使国家级开发区扩容后的发展对策建议,以期促进国家级开发区的健康发展。

Study on the Development Strategy after the National Development Zone Expansion

This article analyzes the main motivation of National Development Zone expansion, puts forward that the National De- velopment Zone must develop the innovation cluster, give priority to the endogenous economic development model, build the develop- ment idea of constructing the technology new city with modern comprehensive functions. Based on those opinions, this＂ article puts for- ward the countermeasures and suggestions after prompting National Development Zone expansion, including precise function orienta- tion, scientific review system, strengthened internal motive, improved innovation system and promotion of cooperation which are expec- ted to be the reference for promoting the healthy development of the National Development Zone.
