高校体育教学中学法指导的实验研究

高校的体育教学中贯彻“健康第一”的指导思想已经确立，体育教学也正向着健康教育和培养学生学会“终生”锻炼的方向转变，体育教学中学习方法指导已成为教学研究的一个重要课题。本研究是在文献资料调研的基础上，运用教学实验法，对体育教学中学习方法指导进行研究。结果表明：经过对比性实验，实验组教学效果显著，教学质量明显提高。

Experimental research on guidance of learning-method of P.E teaching in college and university

The guiding ideology of health first, implemented in P.E teaching in colleges and universities, has been confirmed. P.E teaching is now stepping towards the road of the healthy education. It tries to make students do some exercises throughout their lives. The guidance of learning method has become the most important subject in P.E teaching. It researches on the guidance of learning-method in P.E teaching, on the basis of investigations of lots of documents, with the experimental method of teaching. It shows that: Through the comparative experiment, the effectof teaching in team is extraordinary. The quality of teaching achieves its remarkable success.
