基于AHP和GA的高校教师教育技术能力评价

摘    要:全国高校教育技术研究会提出高校教师教育技术能力模型(ETM),在此基础上,依据专家意见,运用层次分析法(AHP)构造各级指标的正反判断矩阵,经过一致性检验得出指标的相应权重,进而得出教师教育技术能力的综合评分,实现教育技术能力的量化评价;其次利用聚类分析(CA)对教师教育技术能力进行等级划分,实现了能力的定性分析。结果表明:将层次分析法与聚类分析法结合可在实际应用中取得较好效果,对促进高校教师教育技术能力的发展具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:The Ghinese Educational Technology Association in Higher Education proposed National Educational Technology Guides for Teacher in Higher Education (GETG) in 2010, and Educational Tech—nology Model (ETM) was given. On the basis of ETM, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to obtain corresponding weight of index according to experts, views and to realize a comprehensive and quantitative evaluation of educational technology. In addition, clustering method was used to determine the teachers, ability levels of education technology, and thus achieve a qualitative analysis of it. The results show that, combining AHP with cluster analysis method may gain better results in the practical application. It has a great significance for reference in promoting the development of University Teachers, educational technol—ogy ability.
