摘    要:绩效工资的推行是当前教育体制改革的重要内容.本文结合当前各高校绩效工资实施情况,对当前面临的主要挑战进行了深入分析,指出了绩效工资体系构建的基本原则,指出了以激励为导向兼顾公平的高校工资体系的构建方法.

Abstract:the implementation of performance pay is the important content of the reform of education system. In this paper, combined with the current universities performance pay implementation, the main challenges facing the in - depth analysis, pointed out the basic principle of the construction of the performance pay system, points out the incentive - oriented balance method to construct the University fair wage system.
