| 摘 要： | 农村基层党组织资源是我党执政资源的重要组成部分,是党在农村的全部工作和战斗力的基础。当前农村基层党组织资源出现了一些新问题,针对这些问题,笔者提出巩固农村基层党组织资源的几项对策。
