西安建筑科技大学图书馆2010—2013年战略规划

大学图书馆必须制定自己的战略计划,着重于大学图书馆所期望的远景,通过先规划再实施的手段改变现状达到预期的目的。从馆藏计划、馆藏存取数字化、提高服务质量、培养学生利用信息技能、改善空间现状、经费预算等方面,阐述了西安建筑科技大学图书馆2010—2013年战略规划,指出通过该规划的实施,将为在未来实现国内一流、国际知名图书馆打好基础。

Talking about the Strategic Plan of the Library of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology in Period of 2010-2013

University libraries should formulate their strategic plan focusing on the perspective expected by university libraries,and change the present situation and obtain the intended purpose by means of implementing first and then planning. From aspects of the collection plan,access digitalization,service quality,students＇ information utilization skills,current space condition,and appropriation budget,etc.,this paper expounds the strategic plan of the library of Xi＇an University of Architecture and Technology in period of 2010-2013,and points out that the implementation of this strategic plan will set the stage for creating the library that will be the first-class in China and will be well-known in the world.
