考虑消费者利益的逆向供应链利润分配

在考虑消费者及全社会利益的前提下,根据Stackelberg博弈思想给出并比较了制造商主导的逆向供应链3种情况(制造商不参与渠道、制造商参与渠道和集中式决策)下的制造商与零售商的利润分配问题.分析结果表明:制造商参与渠道力度越大,利润越多,回收量越多,消费者剩余和社会剩余增加;再制造比例越大,制造商与零售商利润越多,但消费者剩余减少;零售商回收价格越低,制造商与零售商获利润越多,消费者剩余增加;集中式决策是最优的决策方式.

Distribution of profit in reverse supply chain with consumer surplus consideration

The distribution of profit is the key of the relationships between reverse supply chain members.The optimal proportion of profit between the manufacturer and the retailer in reverse supply chain is studied in the paper based on Stackelberg game theory.Considering the consumer and society's interest,three scenarios are put forward and compared respectively,including manufacturer attending return and resale channel,not attending return and resale channel and centralized decision-making. It is concluded that the more the producer attends the channel,the more the profit and return will be,and the consumer surplus and society surplus will increase;the more proportion the remanufactured waste holds,the more profit the manufacturer and retailer will obtain while the consumer surplus will decrease; the lower the retailer's return price,the more the manufacturer and retailer's profit,and the consumer surplus will increase;centralized decision-making is the best way for every supply chain member.
