| 摘 要： | 依法移民和开发性移民是我国水利水电移民工作的基本准则。对开发性移民法律原则的研究有助于移民法律法规的制定和贯彻实施。开发性移民法律原则包括：国家干预原则、合理公平补偿原则、开发原则，利益兼顾原则、可持续发展原则等。

| Abstract: | The basic principle of the water conservancy and electricity work is the resettlement by law and through development projects. Therefore, the study on the principle of the law of resettlement through development projects can help us to make and carry out the resettlement law and regulations. The principles include that of state's interference, of considering the benefits of state and individual, of sustainable development. |
