成人高校图书馆文献资源共享共建问题探析

针对成人院校图书馆在文献资源共享共建的思想认识与体制、馆际合作及资源分配管理等方面存在的问题，分析了实施共享共建标准化体系的目的与先决条件。提出了成人院校图书馆实施文献资源共享共建的措施。

Analysis on Literature Resources Sharing and Co-constructionof Adult University Library

In the light of the problems existing in aspects of the ideological cognition and mechanism of literature resources sharing and co-construction, the differences between each adult university library's technical business, the space restriction and the resources distribution and management, this paper analyzes on the targets and preconditions of carrying out the standardized system of the sharing and co-construction, and puts forward some measures for the adult university library to carry out literature resources sharing and co-construction.
