摘    要:通过初筛、复筛,从稻草腐烂垛土壤中分离出一株降解秸秆能力较强的菌株.经形态研究后,初步鉴定该茵株属于木霉属,命名为菌株JL01,并对其进行生理特性研究.结果表明,菌株JL01能耐受的最高温度为38℃左右、对NaCI耐受度为16%左右、对酒精的耐受性最高为18%左右、pH值在4-9均能生长.

Abstract:After preliminary screening and rescreening,a strain with higher ability to degrade wheat straw was isolated from the soil of putrid straw pile.The strain was identified as Trichoderma s.p after modal studies and named as strain JL01 which was researched on physiological property.The findings show that the highest temperature that strain JL01 can withstand is around 38 ℃;tolerance for NaCl reaches about 16% and alcohol tolerance is up to about 18%;it can grow well at a wide range of pH from 4.0 to 9.0.
