| 摘 要： | 2SD315A作为一种高集成度的驱动器,其内置短路与过流保护电路具有保护自恢复的功能,该保护动作的阈值电压通过外接的参考电阻可灵活设定,可在0~100 kHz的频率范围内驱动单管或半桥的上下管2个IGBT,且只需1路直流电源.在实验的基础上,分析了2SD315A集成驱动器驱动与保护的性能,给出了2SD315A在感应加热电源应用中的实验结果.实验结果证明,2SD315A驱动能力强,保护功能有效且可靠,为大功率驱动器的首选模块. |

| Abstract: | 2SD315A is a type of high integrated intensity driver with short circuit and overcurrent protection connected internally and has automatic protection reset while protection threshold voltage can be changed easily through adjusting reference resistance connected externally.It is able to drive single IGBT or two IGBTs in the upper and the down tubes of the half-bridge and run in condition of only one DC power source with Operation frequency is up to 100 kHz.In this paper,the operation principle of 2SD315A drive and protection circuit is introduced,drive and protection capability of 2SD315A integrated driver is analyzed detailedly.Analysis and experiment result showed that the drive capability and protection function availability is preferred to use for high power driver. |
