| 摘 要： | 康熙朝围绕中央与西藏地方的关系制定了对西藏经济策略,是为其政治、军事服务的。文章对康熙朝赏赐西藏政教上层人物、康熙朝与西藏茶马互市、康熙朝体恤西藏百姓等主要经济政策及制定这些政策的历史背景进行分析论述。

| Abstract: | In the Emperor Kangxi＇s time,Every economic policy implemented in Tibet intended to service for politics and military.This article attempts to analyze the main economic policies implemented by Emperor Kangxi in Tibet,for instance,granting rewards to the top-ranking political and religious persons in Tibet,opening Tea-horse Trade Market,showing solicitude for the Tibetan people,and so on,and the historical background of the policies. |
