| 摘 要： | 守法文明是法治文明和政治文明的重要组成部分，是人类社会在长期的守法活动中创造的精神成果和物质成果的总和。加强守法文明建设是现代法治的基本要求，也是整个社会文明建设的迫切需要。实现守法文明是一项复杂的系统工程，当务之急就是要克服守法障碍，弘扬守法精神，健全守法体系。

| Abstract: | The law-abiding civilization is the most important component of law-abased civilization and political civilization.It is the outcome that mankind has made in the material and spiritual realm in the course of law-abiding activities.Strengthening the construction of law-abiding civilization is the urgent demand of the modern legal society and social civilization construction.Its realization is a complicated systematic project.It is urgent for us to overcome law-abiding obstacles and develop law-abiding spirit and perfect the law-abiding mechanism. |
