| 摘 要： | 研究双寡头垄断市场中新技术研发投资的动态博弈问题，试图揭示不同国家和企业在新技术研究与开发中的内部机理，从而为建设创新型社会服务。假设市场为刚性需求且需求量相对不变．新技术研发的结果表现为降低企业生产成本，两个寡头企业根据研发结果进行一级密封投标式的价格博弈．确定其最优价格和利润函数，研究一个企业先对新技术研发投资进行决策，另一个企业在其决策之后采取相应的后发研发投资决策，建立了双寡头垄断市场中新技术研发投资的动态博弈模型，获得了两企业在研发与跟进研发，单个企业研发和两企业都不研发三种情形下的最优价格和收益，归纳出三种情形下企业研发决策对研发投资额、成功概率、成本降低等参数的敏感范围，最后将模型扩展到多个企业的情况，证明企业在研发时需要考虑市场容量，避免在创新企业饱和的市场上过度投入。

| Abstract: | It is a study on the dynamic game of high-tech development investment in dual-oligopoly market. It is trying to reveal the high-tech development mechanics in different enterprises and different countries in order to serve our own country in new-type construction. The psper concluded three situations in the game model. It is useful for the enterprises with consideration when they are planning to make investment decision. |
