手术建立 Beagle 犬遥测动物模型的经验体会

摘要: 目的 探讨 Beagle 犬遥测动物模型建立及应用过程中遇到的问题，并提出相应的预防处理措施。方法 回顾了我单位 32 例 Beagle 犬遥测动物模型在建立及应用中出现的问题，分析了常见的切口感染、动物自主拆线、毛 囊炎等临床异常的产生原因，介绍了解决上述临床异常情况的预防和处理方法。结果 分析并解决了 Beagle 犬遥 测动物模型建立过程中出现的临床异常情况。结论 成功建立 Beagle 犬遥测动物模型，对国内遥测模型在安全药 理学评价方面的使用和维护起到一定的借鉴作用。

Experience for the Establishment of the Beagle Dog Telemetry Model with Surgery

Abstract: Objective The some problems during the establishment and application of the Beagle dog telemetry model were investigated，and introduce the measures to prevent such problems． Method The problems during establishment and application of the Beagle dog telemetry model have been investigated using 32 Beagle dogs． The reasons of such clinical abnormalities as wound infection，suture removal by the animal and folliculitis have been analyzed． Correspondingly，certain advices on how to prevent and treat these clinical abnormalities have been proposed． Result The clinical abnormalities during the establishment and application of the Beagle dog telemetry model have been analyzed and solved． Conclusion The Beagle dog telemetry model was successfully established and valuable information was provided for the application and maintenance of the telemetry model in the safety pharmacology evaluation in our country．
