| 摘 要： | 对管花蒲公英(Neo-Taraxacum siphonanthum)、异苞蒲公英(Taraxacum heterolepis)及狭戟片蒲公英(T.asiaticum var.lonchophyllum)进行有丝分裂观察及核型分析.结果表明,管花蒲公英的染色体数为2n=32,其核型公式为K(2n)=4 x=32m(4SAT);异苞蒲公英的染色体数为2n=24,核型公式为K(2n)=3x=24=21m+3sm;狭戟片蒲公英染色体数为2n=24,核型公式为K(2n)=3 x=24=24m.同时分析了染色体特征的演变规律,揭示了蒲公英属3个种的相对进化程度,支持将管花蒲公英另立为一属的分类观点.

| Abstract: | The mitosis was observed and the karyotypes was analyzed by the method of root tip cells.The results show that the chromosome number of Neo-Taraxacum siphonanthum is 2n=32 and the karyotype may be expressed asK(2n)= 4 x =32m(4SAT)t;he chromosome number of Taraxacum heterolepis is 2n=24 and the karyotype may be expressed as K(2n)= 3x =24=21m 3sm,the chromosome number of T.asiaticum var.lonchophyllum is 2n=24 and the karyotype may be expressed as K(2n)= 3 x =24=24m.The advance indexes which can reflect the evolutional levels of the three species were summarized. |
