摘    要:本文对热作模具钢3Cr2W8V和4Cr5MoSiV1钢的耐磨性、高温拉伸、冲击性能及热疲劳抗力进行了对比研究.结果表明,4Cr5MoSiV1钢的高温强韧性优于3Cr2W8V钢,且具有更高的耐磨性及热疲劳抗力,更适宜做摩擦压力机热锻模.

Abstract:This paper comperes and analyzes the wear resistance,tensile and thermal fatigue resistance of hot work tool steelS 3Cr2W8V and 4Cr5MoSiV1.It is shown that the strength and toughness at high temperatures of 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel is much better than that of 3Cr2W8V steel,4Cr5MoSiV1 steel has higher wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. It is more suitable for friction press forging dies.
