以学术引导科技期刊的经营

针对当前许多人认为科技期刊难以开展有效经营的观点,按照国家文化体制改革中“将公益性文化事业与经营性文化产业一齐抓”的基本思路,提出“以学术引导科技期刊经营”的理念,指出今日学术期刊的生存之道应是在坚持社会效益第一的前提下依靠学术导向开展多种经营。介绍了中华医学会系列杂志在该理念指导下在经营方面所尝试的多种措施及所取得的初步成果。

Academic Guidance in the Management of Science and Technology Periodicals

To aim at the present point that science and technology periodicals are difficult to promote efficient management, and according to the basic of the cultural institutional reform, which attaches equal importance to the public cultural undertakings and economical cultural industry, we propose giving priority to the academic level in the management of science and technology periodicals. The precondition for the existence of science and technology periodicals should be the social efficiency with multiple operations on the basic of the academic guidance of the periodicals. The author also introduces the manifold measures and experiences of management adopted by the Journals of Chinese Medical Association during the recent years.
