粗细级配混合料抗永久变形能力评估

摘    要:通过沥青路面分析仪 (APA)车辙试验 ,探讨精细级配沥青混合料的抗永久变形能力 ,并从沥青混合料体积结构与沥青膜厚度的角度对试验结果进行分析 .试验与分析结果表明 ,对于悬浮密实型结构的沥青混合料 ,粗集料空隙率与粗集料级配和混合料抗永久变形能力之间没有必然联系 ;细集料空隙率与细集料级配密切相关 ,影响混合料的设计沥青用量 ,从而对混合料抗永久变形能力产生显著影响 ;沥青膜厚度是影响混合料抗永久变形能力的主要因素 ,在超载作用条件下 ,沥青膜厚度和细集料空隙率对沥青混合料抗永久变形能力的影响尤为显著

Abstract:Through asphalt road analysis (APA) rutting-test,the resistance to permanent deformation of coarse and fine-graded asphalt mixtures are probed.The analysis of volumetric structure of mixtures and the film thickness are conducted.It shows that for suspending-dense mixtures the voids of fine aggregate has close correlation with its gradation,and influences the design asphalt content of mixtures,and thereby significantly affects the resistance to permanent deformation of asphalt mixtures,while the voids in coarse aggregate has no necessary relationship with the gradation of coarse aggregate and the resistance to permanent deformation of asphalt mixtures.The film thickness is the major factor influencing the resistance to permanent deformation,and when overloaded,significant affection is done in terms of resistance to permanent deformation by both the film thickness and the voids in fine aggregate.
