谈复合型日语人才和企业应用型日语人才的共性和个性

本文阐述和分析了日语专业复合型和企业应用型日语人才的共性和个性。指出了市场经济下,高校要抓住市场人才需求主要矛盾,培养企业应用型日语人才的迫切性和必要性。同时提出了日语人才培养模式必须要适应市场经济的需求,更新人才培养观念,改革课程设置,加强院系间教师的互通有无,培养出既掌握日语专业的理论知识和各种技能,又了解企业生产、管理一般知识的企业应用型日语人才。

The generality and individuality of compound Japanese talents and applied Japanese talents of enterprises

This paper describes and analyzes the generality and individuality of compound Japanese talents and applied Japanese talents of enterprises.It considers that colleges should grasp the main contradiction of market demand for talents and know the urgency and necessity of cultivating applied Japanese talents of enterprises under the condition of market economy.At the same time,the training mode of Japanese talents must adapt the needs of the market economy,training concept must be updated,curriculum setting should be reformed and complementarity between teachers should be enhanced so as to train the applied Japanese talents of enterprises with theoretical knowledge and professional skills,as well as general knowledge of production and management.
