摘    要:以液压阀用电磁铁试验台计算机辅助测试(CAT)系统的开发实践为基础,着重分析了测试软件在实现数据采集与处理、曲线输出功能等方面的程序设计方法和思路,在分析CAT软件设计共性(数据采集卡编程与数据预处理等等)的同时,阐述了针对电磁铁这一特定CAT对象所采取的测试方法。CAT技术的引入与传统的“试验台 函数记录仪”测试模式相比较,在便捷性及提高测试精度方面均具有突出的优点,从而可以高效精确地反映电磁铁的静特性。

Abstract:The static performance of solenoid as displacement power performance is important to hydraulic direction valve.This paper analyzes the design method about solenoid computer aided test software on the base of the practice for certain CAT system used for solenoid test bed.The programming methods and thoughts about how to achieve data acquisition processing and test curve outputting are discussed emphatically,such common programming performance as application of data acquiring card and data pre processing is analyzed also while showing special test method about solenoid.Application of computer aided test technology can acqure accurate static performance efficiently and improve test precision greatly.It is a first rank substitution for early test model composed of x y record and test bed.
