摘    要:为适应平宝公司岩巷掘进的巨大需求,满足矿井采掘布局的进一步优化需要。针对岩巷掘进施工时打眼多、装药多、光面爆破效果差、工效低的现状,分析了原有爆破方式施工存在的问题及原因,在常规岩巷光面爆破的基础上,利用理论分析,室内试验,现场试验等手段,研究开发了聚能水压双掏槽光面爆破技术。并在平宝公司首山一矿进行了应用。工程实践表明,该方法大幅度降低炮眼掘进量,雷管、炸药等消耗量,降低爆破材料费。有效提升了岩巷光面爆破效果、增加了循环炮进率,岩巷光爆效果得到了明显的提升。在相同的条件下进尺效率得到了提高,在满足工程质量的同时,降低了施工成本,更加的节能环保。

Abstract:In order to meet the huge demand of rock roadway excavation in pingbao company and further optimize the layout of mine excavation. In view of the current situation of more drilling, more charging, poor smooth blasting effect and low work efficiency in rock roadway excavation construction, Analyzed the problems and causes of the original blasting method construction, on the basis of conventional smooth blasting in rock roadway, the technology of shaped energy water pressure double cut smooth blasting is researched and developed. It has been applied in Shoushan No.1 mine of pingbao company. By using theoretical analysis, indoor tests, field tests. The engineering practice shows that this method effectively improves the smooth blasting effect of rock roadway, increases the cycle blasting rate, and the smooth blasting effect of rock roadway is obviously improved, This method significantly reduces the amount of borehole boring, the consumption of detonators, explosives, etc., and reduces the cost of blasting materials. Under the same conditions, the footage efficiency has been improved, while meeting the engineering quality, the construction cost has been reduced, and it is more energy-saving and environmental protection.
