摘    要:常规的鱼塘路段的处理均采用换填法,为避免淤泥运出和填筑材料的制作过程中对环境产生的不利影响,采用软土就地固化技术改良鱼塘底部淤泥。首先介绍就地固化设备,并以潮汕环线高速公路就地固化试验段工程为例,详细介绍该技术在鱼塘路段的应用及其优势。现场试验结果表明:固化28 d后表层承载力能满足要求,搅拌不均匀现象对承载力影响较大,并得到固化土承载力与深度的关系。结合现场试验与相关资料,评价了部分承载力判断方法,推导得到适用于就地固化检测的 曲线拟合公式。

Abstract:Conventional fishpond sections are treated with replacement method, In order to avoid the negative impact on the environment during the process of silt transportation and filling materials production, in-situ solidification technology of soft soil was used to improve the silt at the bottom of fishponds. Firstly, the in-situ solidification equipment is introduced, and the application and advantages of the technology in fishpond sections are introduced in detail with the example of the experimental section of Chaoshan Ring Highway. The results of field tests show that the surface bearing capacity can meet the requirements after curing for 28 days, the uneven stirring has a great impact on the bearing capacity, and the relationship between the bearing capacity and depth of the solidified soil is obtained. Combined with field tests and relevant data, some methods of judging bearing capacity are evaluated, and the curve fitting formula suitable for in-situ solidification detection is derived.
