大学英语教师的两项教学能力

摘    要:大学英语教师拥有丰富的日常教学经验,也了解课堂教学中出现的具体问题,但是如何将教学研究领域的抽象理论概念还原到充满个性化与创造性的教学实践中,是大学英语教师需要探寻的目标和应具备的能力。通过实践研究,提出大学英语教师在加强自身知识结构调整的同时,也要提高人际沟通能力和语言交际理论及实践能力。

Abstract:With extensive teaching experience, college English teachers are good at dealing with the specific problems in classroom, but as to how to apply those abstract theoretical concepts to the teaching practice personalized and creatively, it is still a challenging problem. In order to learn more information about college teachers' interactive ability, in this paper, after five months' practical exploration and study, we've got a conclusion that college teachers should improve their ability of interpersonal communication and language
