摘    要:采用体外瘤胃培养技术,研究凤仙花、青蒿等植物提取物的降甲烷效果.比较培养瓶中甲烷浓度,4种植物提取物与对照比较均可以显著降低甲烷生成,培养30 h时,青蒿、蒲公英、麻黄和凤仙花处理的甲烷含量分别比对照降低24.0%、30.9%、41.7%和46.21%.凤仙花效果最明显,与莫能菌素效果接近.比较凤仙花提取物不同添加量对...

Abstract:This study was conducted to evaluate effects of Artemisia annua and other plant extracts on ruminal methane production in vitro.The tested four plant extracts can significantly reduce methane production compared with the control.Methane concentrations in the flasks treated with Artemisia annua,Taraxacum mongolicum,Ephedra intermedia and Impatiens balsamina extracts were reduced 24.0%,30.9%,41.7% and 46.21% respectively.I.balsamina extract was the most obvious in reducing methane production similar to monensin.Increasing dose of I.balsamina extract from 0.5%,1.0%,2.5% to 4% resulted in a linear decrease in mehane production from 15.6%,72.6%,92.3% to 96.5% respectively compared with the control.Considering dose-response effects and cost,1.0% was the optimum dose of I.balsamina extract for ruminal methane inhibition in vitro.
