超声变幅杆的扭转振动特性研究

摘    要:利用变幅杆等效四端网络,首次对扭转振动超声变幅杆在负载为纯力抗和纯力阻时,分别推出了扭转振动变幅杆的频率方程及放大系数一般表达式,计算了圆锥类负载扭转变幅杆频率方程和放大系数,并绘制了共振频率和放大系数随抗性、阻性负载的曲线图,为扭转变幅杆的设计提供理论基础。

Abstract:Based on equivalent four-terminal networks of ultrasonic transformer,the resonant frequency equation and the amplitude magnification coefficient of a torsional vibration ultrasonic horn are derived,respectively,in a load of pure resistance and pure reactance,and the resonant frequency equation and the amplitude magnification coefficient of a analogous cone horn in load is calculated,then,the curves of resonant frequency and the amplitude magnification coefficient with the load are drawn.The results may be helpful to research and design of ultrasonic torsinal vibration horn.
