摘    要:建筑废弃物细粉中含有大量的未水化的水泥,本实验利用破碎机的除尘系统收集废弃混凝土细粉,使其通过140目的筛(细粉粒径小于0.106 mm),在600℃下进行热处理150 min,激发其活性,使未水化的水泥充分利用,并且替代部分水泥,进行胶砂实验.通过对胶砂强度和流动度分析,证实建筑废弃细粉替代水泥具有可行性.

Abstract:Construction wasted powder contains large amounts of cement without hydration,this study,the crusher dust removal system collected construction wasted powder,and made it get through the 140 sieve(powder particle size less than 0.106 mm),heated 150 min at 600 ℃,to stimulate its activity,so that made full use of the cement which was not fully hydrated,eplaced parts of cement,carried on the mortar experiments.Through the mortar strength and flow analysis,confirmed that powder construction wasted replaced part of cement was feasible.
