跨音速压气机非设计点性能预测

摘    要:基于二维流线曲率法数学模型,参考公开发表的研究成果,拓展了一种适应于跨声速压气机的损失和落后角模型,并考虑3D和雷诺数的修正,对轴流跨音速压气机转子NASA Rotor37进行了数值计算,得到了设计点与非设计点的特性曲线,并与实验数据进行了对比和分析.结果表明,该方法能较好地预测轴流压气机特性和参数分布,可为压气机的设计和优化提供参考.

Abstract:The improved loss and deviation models for transonic compressor were developed based on 2 D streamline curvature method according to public research findings. Considering 3 D and Reynolds effects, the internal flow field of transonic compressor rotor NASA rotor 37 was calculated, thus obtaining the characteristic curve of design and off design points. The comparison of simulation and experiment value shows that this method can predict the performance and distribution of parameter with higher accuracy for axial compressor, and can be used for optimization and design of compressor.
