弹丸侵彻钢板夹层钢纤维混凝土遮弹板数值模拟

摘    要:为研究钢板夹层钢纤维混凝土遮弹板抗侵彻性能,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D有限元计算软件,数值模拟了高速弹丸撞击钢板夹层钢纤维混凝土遮弹板的过程,得到了弹丸侵彻靶板的速度、加速度变化曲线。通过分析不同弹速产生的弹丸速度及加速度的变化,得出不同初速条件下弹丸速度与时间的关系和加速度变化规律。该研究为组合遮弹板结构抗侵彻性能提供了理论依据,解决了过程计算的繁琐问题。

Abstract:In order to study the penetration ability of steel fiber concrete burst slab combined with armor plate. This paper analyzes the penetration ability against structure of steel fiber concrete burst slab combined with armor plate using ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D, to obtain the velocity and acceleration changing curve, The analysis the change of the velocity and acceleration of the projectile under different penetrating velocity leads to the change regularity. The study provides the theory basis for this structure against penetration ability and helps to solve the complex problem of process calculation.
