| 摘 要： | 科技资源是国家的战略性资源,优化科技资源配置,是推动国家创新体系建设,支撑科技创新和经济社会发展的重要手段。基于国家重点科技基础条件资源的调查数据,结合我国地方发展需求,对我国科技资源配置情况进行了分析和研究,并就如何促进我国科技资源优化配置提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | The S&T resources is a strategic national resources,optimize the allocation of S&T resources,is an important means to promote national innovation system,supporting S&T innovation and economic and social development.Based on the survey data of national key S&T Infrastructure resources,combined with China’s demand for regional development,analysis and research on the allocation of China’s S&T resources,the paper proposes some countermeasures to optimize the S&T resources allocation. |
