| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校普遍存在科技成果转化率较低的问题。从常见的转化形式分析，是因为缺乏自主开发课题、高校有限资源分散、课题与市场不吻合、科技管理政策不完善、科研经费和中介机构缺乏等原因造成的。而深层次的原因是体制僵化、机制不活。因此，可从科技开发模式与科技应用人才培养方式的转变、推进符合时代要求的高校自主开发转化型模式的发展方面，进行高校科研成果与地方经济成功衔接的有益尝试。

| Abstract: | Currently,only few scientific research achievements can be turned into the productive force,and the low transformation rate is also true for the research in higher education institutes.Many factors contribute to this result,and in terms of transformation form,such reasons are common as lack of independent research subjects;the disperse and limited research resources;inconsistency between research subjects and market demand;imperfect management policies,deficient research fund and intermediary agencies,etc.Besides,the rigid researching structure and mechanisms are the root of the result.As a result,some measures are put forward,e.g.to develop new scientific models;to transform the old talent-training patterns and to promote independent transformation models of higher education institutes,etc. |
