试论社会转型期学生个体的社会化问题

由于当今社会处于政治、经济变革的转型时期,造成社会规范和价值观念的多元性和变动性,家庭、学校和大众传媒共同创造、供以模仿的榜样或权威形象遭到损害,对学生个体心理影响和行为约束力失去作用,很难转化为个体的信念和行为方式,使面临社会化发展任务的社会成员陷入前所未有的困境。因此,社会、学校及家庭共同努力建立有效的解决机制非常重要。

The Settlement Mechanism for Social Problems Faced by Individual Students during Social Transformation

As the society is experiencing economic and political transformation,both the social norms and values have become pluralistic and volatile.The role models or authorities that have been set up by family,school,and mass media for the purpose of imitation have suffered damage,whose influence on students' individual psychology and restraint on their behaviors become ineffective.As a result,it is rather difficult for the role models and authorities to transform into individual's belief and behaviors and the students facing the challenge of socialization find themselves in unprecedented predicament.Consequently,it is extremely important for the society,school and family to jointly establish an effective settlement mechanism.
