| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了差动法测量克尔回转角的原理,给出了检测信号电压的计算公式,描述了具体测试装置,实验测定了Gd-Tb-Co膜、Gd-Co膜以及Tb-Fe-Co膜的极向克尔效应磁光回线和克尔回转角.文中对测试误差进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | The principle of the measurement of Kerr rotation with the differential method is explained and the formula for calculating the detected signal voltage is given. The measuring rig is described and the polar Kerr-effect magneto-optie hysteresis loop and Kerr rotation for Gd-Tb-Co, Gd-Co as well as Tb-Fe-Co films have been meas-ured. The possible sources of error are discussed. |
