| 摘 要： | 全面提高高等教育质量是国家做出的重大决策,也是教育规划纲要提出的明确要求。2015年是我校改革之年,学校围绕提升人才培养质量这一核心工作,通过对比分析系统阐述了深化教学改革、从严治教等方面的相关要求,指出了今后坚持走以质量提升为核心的内涵式发展道路,努力提高人才培养质量和水平的诸多措施。

| Abstract: | To comprehensively improve the quality of higher education is an important decision made by the State,also a definite requirement of the education planning outline. 2015 is a reform year for North China Institute of Science and Technology. Focusing on the central work of improving the quality of talent cultivation,NCIST,through comparison and analysis,sets forth the relevant systematical requirements on deepening the education reform and strengthening the management over teaching activities according to law etc.,and points out that we have to take a quality improvement-oriented road of connotative development from now on,and the measures to improve the quality and level of talent cultivation. |
