摘    要:为了探索"卓越工程师教育培养计划"框架下的人才培养新模式,本文以采矿工程专业核心课程《井巷工程》教学改革为平台,提出了以培养和提高学生实践能力和创新能力为目标的教学新模式。并以《井巷工程》课程的教学现状和"卓越计划"基本要求的分析入手,提出了案例教学、以工程项目为载体、"破""支""管"模块化教学内容整合、教学环节优化及考核评价环节改革等举措。

Practice on Teaching Reform of Shaft Sinking and Driving Engineering Course for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers

Abstract:In order to develop the new model of cultivating talents under the framework of a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers,the course of Shaft Sinking and Driving Engineering was selected as a platform for the teaching reform. The teaching reforms on mining engineering core courses were carried out and a new teaching model was proposed which mainly aimed at training students practice ability and innovation ability. The situation and problems of the conventional teaching model were discussed. Implementing case method,item teaching,integrating teaching contents based the thought of module design,optimizing the teaching procedures and practice assessment methods of shaft sinking and driving engineering course were also studied.
