| 摘 要： | 由于压力传感器的物理特性,使它会产生零点热漂移,这种温度漂移在很大程度上会影响压力传感器的精度。因此,对零点热漂移的补偿就成为压力传感器的一个重要研究方向。本文从电路的角度分析了压力传感器产生零点热漂移的原因,为压力传感器进行温度补偿提供了理论基础,同时文章中也给出一些温度补偿的方法。

| Abstract: | As a result of the physical characteristic of pressure Sensor,pressure sensor can produce the thermal drift of zero output. Because the precision of pressure sensor is influenced by the thermal drift in a great degree,the compensation of thermal drift of zero output become an important research aspect. The article not only analyzes the causation of producing the thermal drift of zero output,provides the foundation of temperature compensation for pressure sensor,but also presents some method of temperature compensation. |
