燃料热值变化对9FA燃气轮机涡轮流场的影响

摘    要:
对GE公司9FA机型地面燃气轮机进行了准三维计算,分析了燃料热值不同对于涡轮流场产生的影响,对比了各种损失在总损失中的比例,能量损失系数沿叶高的分布,并对二次流损失进行了分析.通过分析得出,燃料热值变化导致了流量变化,继而导致了涡轮部分的气动性能发生变化,能量损失也发生了变化.对于能量损失沿叶高分布影响最大的是二次流损失,其他损失沿叶高分布相对比较平均.

Abstract:
Quasi-3D calculation for the turbine part of the GE 9FA ground gas turbine, and the impact of different heat value on the part of turbine was analyzed. Various types of losses in the proportion of the total losses are compared, the distribution of the energy loss coefficient along blade height is given, and the loss of the secondary flow is analyzed.The fuel changes led to the flow change, in turn led to the change in the aerodynamic performance of the turbine part, and energy loss changed. The most affected was secondary flow losses for the energy loss distribution along the blade height, other losses along the distribution was average.
