摘    要:通过本文模拟研究,了解到GCr15锭杆锭底的磨损机理主要是磨粒与硬点的耕犁作用.磨损过程中原有磨削加工产生的较不规则、断续的、粗的表面纹路,逐渐被耕犁梳理成较均匀、通顺、细密的纹理.与此同时,初期磨损逐渐转入正常磨损.磨削烧伤使表面硬度下降,磨损加剧.锭尖与锭底应避免磨削烧伤,硬度控制在HRc60-63为好.本文还研究了磨损过程中,磨损量变化与残余应力变化的相关关系.

Abstract:By this paper, we know that the wearing mechanism of ring spindle and its step bearing is mainly by ploughing. During the wearing process, the fairly irregular and intermittently grinding trace gradually turn to the regular, continuous and fine trace by ploughing and dressing. At the same time, the initial wearing stage turn to the normal wearing stage. The grinding burn causes the surface hardness falling off and wear speeding up. therefore, it is advised to avoid grinding burn in the spindle pivot point and step bearing surfaces. Their surface hardness with HRc 60-63 is adequate. The relationship between the change of weight loss,and the change of residual stress in the wearing process also had been studied in this paper.
