| Abstract: | This article discusses the relationship between bioinformatics and data compresstion. By comparing the gene expression, adjustment, control and wavelet transform as well as fractal, it gives a new idea to seek the data compression mechanism in bio information saving and to realize high speed and high compresstion ratio. |
