煤岩学原理在粉煤成型机理中的应用

摘    要:针对多煤种粉煤的无粘结剂常温成型,发挥发分煤加粘结剂成型和双组分型煤热成型等,运用煤岩学原理,采用显微观测,显微照相、扫描电镜观察等煤岩学方法,对粉煤成型机理作了较系统的研究,证明用煤岩学原理研究和解释成型机理是可行的,显微结构是决定型煤强度的关键因素之一。

Abstract:According to non-adhesive agent normal atmospheric temperature type of multi-types fine coal, type of additive adhesive agent in low volatilized composition coal, and heating/thermal type of two-composition compounding coal, a systematic research on the mechanism of fine coal briquette is made on the basis of coal petrology principle by various coal petrology means of microscopy observation. It is feasible to research on and explain mechanism of fine coal briquette by applying coal petrology principle. Microscopy construction is one of the key factors in determining briqueting coal strength.
