Design and Realization of the PKM Platform Based on the Android

The paper proposed a PKM system which was applied to the mobile phones and other mobile devices based on the combination of the 3G networks,mobile terminals and the people’s needs of knowledge.The system included the establishment of the Knowledge Base,browsing the information of the Knowledge base,collecting the knowledge of the external website,realizing the knowledge sharing by the Blog,letter,making a schedule by the calendar,address book.Aming at the current PKM softwares couldn’t get rid of the restrain of the computer terminals and net twines,tne PKM system was designed for mobile phones and other mobile terminal to allow people to carry out the knowledge management to achieve the share and the communication of the knowledge by the moblie at anytime and anywhere.In addition,the system was realized with the Andriod development package and JAVA technology and verified the availability and novelty of the platform in a simulated environment preliminarily.The experiment shows that the platform could facilitate the users to carry on the personal knowledge management more effectively.
